Our traditional smokery established in 1974 by one of the present owners, has won many awards for its products.  Renowned for our bespoke tradition, high quality and reliable service, our new Far Peak Smokery allows us to continue and expand our position at the top end of the market.  We have organic status and are accredited to BRC Higher Level.

Traditional
By using up-dated versions of the original London Brick Kilns, methods proved over 200 years in the East End of London, we are able to produce Smoked Salmon “as it used to be” – with that wonderful mild smokey flavour, rarely found today.

Customers
For many years we have supplied wholesalers, many of the top London food halls as well as grocers and delicatessens.  We are also proud to supply many high profile corporate hospitality events such as Twickenham, The Cheltenham Festival, Silverstone, Goodwood and the Ryder Cup. Our Mail Order Service operates all year round.
