In the unlikely event that you are disatisfied with any of our products, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the goods. As all our products are perishable items it is imperative that we have a fast response from you in order to address any problem as quickly and as fairly as possible. Please keep the product and packaging until you have made contact with us (Do not discard it).
We will require the goods to be returned to us and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. If it is agreed that the products are unfit for consumption, then we will refund all shipping costs and arrange a full refund or replacement order. To return an item please contact us in writting beforehand and wait for a confirmation before returning the goods. Written contact can be addressed to sales@colnvalley.co.uk.
We regret that we cannot accept returned goods without first being contacted in writing. You will receive a refund or replacement no later than 30 days after we receive the returned goods.
If we fail to ship an order within 30 days of the order being placed we will give you a full refund.
