Smoked French Barbary Duck Breast.  Cold smoked for 12 hours with oak and beech wood.  Barbary Ducks are less fatty than other breeds with a thin skin and no layer of fat, for healthier eating!  To preserve the moistnes of the meat a careful smoking process is applied to seal in the birds' delicious flavour.

Approximate weight 300g.
